I find it hard to take advice from someone who is unlikely to have faced real adversity. The best example I can give is when people are upset that the cost of sushi has increased because of the tragedy in Japan.
Its not your fault you were given the world. I am not hating. But you have a way to go, to understand how the rest of society is living.
I've suffered from more than you know. One example, is drug induced lupus. I lost 20 pounds of muscle and became a complete vegetable, depend on everyone. I couldn't dress myself, feed myself, or bathe myself. Everything that was important from me was stripped from me. I had to drop out of school, was no longer able to represent my state as Miss Oklahoma Teen USA and do appearances, and had to quick volleyball. I have tasted adversity on many levels.
I do agree I've been blessed beyond measure and I am grateful to God for that. But, at the same time, I am grateful that he has created me with a heart of compassion. I have the gift of being able to put myself in other people's shoes. My desire truly is to help others in any way I can. I am a firm believer that those blessed were blessed to be a blessing and bring glory to God in the process.
^wow amen!! I completely agree with that statement. Those who are blessed should pour into others lives & be used as vessels by God in order to create impact in others for God. We have to take our past and teach who He made us to reach. As long as our goal is to glorify God, edify others, mend the broken hearted & we go in Jesus' name we can definitely help others. I really have a higher respect for you after I read this truly humble response.
God bless you woman of God :)
P.S. I declare and decree in Jesus' name that God will continue to bless you in abundance because of your humbleness & how you glorify Him before everyone. Keep doing what you're doing, keep God first and make it right. Matthew 6:33, Matt 10:32, James 4:10
